Today, Dec. 26, President George Bush signed into law H.R. 2764, the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2008.

Among a stack of other provisions, the new law will amend old to add six quarters in 2009 and change the location of 'In God We Trust" on the Presidential Dollars from their edge to the obverse or reverse.
